How much does an AI receptionist cost?
Published prices in the benchmark, checked September 2026, range from free tiers and $24.95 a month at the low end to several hundred dollars a month per location, and enterprise contracts from $30,000 a year. Voice AI platforms are usually priced per minute instead. Three vendors do not publish prices at all.
Why are AI receptionist prices so hard to compare?
Vendors meter different things: minutes, calls, conversations, interactions, agents, users or locations. A plan with more minutes is not always better value if calls run long, so compare the unit each plan counts against how your callers actually call.
Are these prices current?
They are as published by each vendor when we checked, in September 2026. Prices change often, so each product page links the vendor's own pricing page. Confirm there before you buy.
Does a cheaper AI receptionist perform worse?
