Information we collect
This site has two forms. The contact form collects your name, email address, company (if you give one) and message. The Request a Test form collects your name, company, email address, the phone number your AI receptionist answers, the AI receptionist product if you know it, your industry, and any concerns you choose to share.
Real Human Feedback uses this information only to reply to you and, for a test request, to plan and place the test calls you asked for and deliver your report. The phone number you give us is the business line your AI receptionist answers; we use it only to place those test calls, never to call or text you for marketing. We do not sell your information.
Test calls and reports
Test calls are placed by real people using fictional caller identities. We never give your AI receptionist real customer or patient information. Your report is delivered to your company only and is never published. The public AI Receptionist Benchmark uses its own reference setups, never a client's installation.
How your form submission is handled
Form submissions on this site are processed by a centralized form delivery service at forms.caltechweb.com, operated by CalTech Web. The service delivers your message by email and does not use your information for any other purpose.
Spam and bot protection
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form to verify that a submission is coming from a real visitor rather than an automated script. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your browser and device as part of that verification. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details on how Turnstile handles that data.
Other third-party widgets
This site has no chat, booking or review widgets, and no advertising trackers. Links to AI receptionist vendors in the benchmark go to the vendor's own site, whose privacy policy then applies.
