Do you answer our phones?
No. We are not an answering service and we never answer calls for your business. Real people on our side call the AI receptionist you already have, the way your customers do, and report back on what happened.
Will you fix our AI receptionist?
No, and that is on purpose. We only test and report, so there is nothing for us to sell you afterward and no reason to shade the findings. You take the report to your own vendor or your own team.
Are the test calls made by AI?
No. Every test call is placed by a real person who talks the way callers really talk, with interruptions, changed minds, background noise and questions that go off script. Those are the moments automated tests tend to miss.
Which AI receptionists can you test?
Any AI receptionist that answers a phone number, whatever product or platform it runs on. That includes turnkey products and custom agents built on voice AI platforms.
Can we tell you what we are worried about?
Yes, and it helps. If you have concerns or a direction you want the receptionist to go, tell us up front and we shape the test calls around them. If you do not, we test the full rubric.
What do we get at the end?
A written report with every call we made, what the caller asked, what the AI said, how it scored against our published rubric, and clear findings in plain language. You can see the format on our sample report page.
How does the AI Receptionist Benchmark work?
The benchmark profiles AI receptionist products with factual, published information and scores them against the same public rubric we use for client tests. Products show as testing in progress until real test calls have been made. No vendor pays for placement.
Are our results ever published?
No. Your report goes to your company only. The public benchmark tests products on its own reference setups, never a client's installation.
