Use of this site
You may use this site to learn about AI receptionist testing, read the guides and the AI Receptionist Benchmark, and contact us. Do not misuse the forms, submit someone else's information, or attempt to disrupt the site.
Our service
Real Human Feedback tests AI receptionists that a business already uses, by placing test calls and delivering a written report. We do not answer calls for any business, and we do not configure, tune or fix AI receptionists. Only request a test of a phone line you are authorized to have tested. The specific scope of any test is agreed with you before calls are placed.
Benchmark information
Product profiles in the AI Receptionist Benchmark are based on information each vendor publishes, as of the date shown on the page. Prices and features change, so confirm details with the vendor before you buy. Products marked “Not yet scored” have not been tested, and nothing on this site is a rating or endorsement of any product. The benchmark accepts no payment from vendors.
Trademarks
Product and company names in the benchmark belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products. No vendor is a partner of Real Human Feedback, and no relationship is implied.
No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
Real Human Feedback is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, to the extent permitted by law.
